Eligibility Criteria for D.Pharma in Pharmacognosy
1. Students after completion of the 10th and 12th classes become eligible to take the D Pharma Course.
2. The academic background should be science and the subject can be PCM/PCB.
3. The marks that are required for academic merit selection are at least 40%.
4. There are no entrance examinations for this diploma course.
Admission Process
1. Colleges publish admission notices on their website from June when most Indian universities would have finished degree exams.
2. Candidate to apply for each college, as each college considers each mark the cut-off mark.
3. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
4. Some colleges require a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.
5. Candidates who qualify for the test are called for an interview before the final seat allotment.
6. Documents like mark sheets, photographs, signatures and transfer certificates must be scanned and uploaded online to the portal.
7. All documents must be in a specific format and size only to be accepted.
